After more than 3 weeks since the initial service call by Vincent's Appliance Service, we still knew nothing about the status of parts or an anticipated repair date for our refrigerator (it needed a compressor). They didn't call us back when they said they would and they could not tell us when they had ordered the part, if it was in stock or backordered, or the anticipated shipment date. I finally e-mailed a complaint to the appliance Manufacturer Customer Service website. They phoned Vincent's for the part no., and the part arrived at my door in 5 days! I am now arranging for another appliance repair shop to install the part, NOT Vincent's.
