My dish (lobster thermidore at about 40 bucks/plate) arrived with a plastic coating of processed cheese on top. It was disgusting. I told the waitress I didn't like it and didn't want it and the response was to argue with me as to whether the cheese was processed or real cheese. (the blackened burnt bubbles of plastic floating on the dish were not enough, I guess) She finally actually brought out the cheese to "prove me wrong". There on the package it read clearly..."processed cheese product" YUCK! Then they wouldn't take if off the bill even though I tried to send it back minutes after getting it. Also, we brought in 2 bottles of wine. We spent a lot of time at the wine shopping choosing the perfect dinner wines.... one for appetizers and one for dinner (we were with another couple). The dinner wine was VERY expensive. My husband made a big deal over which wine to serve with which part of the meal. She acted like he was being overly picky and that she "got it" but Lo and Behold.... as we were sipping the first wine I noted that it tasted like I would have expected the dinner wine to taste like...BINGO! Idiot girl served the wrong wine and when we brought it to her attention the response was a shrug and an oh well. What an idiot. We complained but the owners had no interest in trying to make us happy. Do not give this place your business!!!!!!!! more
