My husband and I were just at Sam's Wines & Spirits this evening and was very disappointed. Their Vodka section had so many empty shelves. Not to mention a sales associate told me they didn't sell a certain Vodka anymore, which I later found in the store. His response was "Oh, I guess we do."
We made our way to the deli section 15 minutes prior to closing to get sliced prosciutto di parma only to be told that they had shut down the slicers. How about shutting down the slicers when you close. Would it be too much for a worker to stay 10 to 15 minutes after closing to shut down and clean up? Great customer service. I don't think I'll be back. I'll try Binny's instead.
