I have been trying since November 28, 2006 to have ShopNBC credit my credit card for item that were "not in stock" and "not available". I have had nothing but a total run around with all of the "customer service" (?) reps, and was even told when I asked to speak to a supervisor, that the supervisor could not do anything for me. Currently ShopNBC owes me credit for (2) Value payments and another is coming due on January 19,2007 and I fully expect to be charged for this and still not receive any credit due. I have been constantly lied to and put off by your employees. And I do have copies of all emails that I have sent and all answer backs for ShopNBC.
