Was not greeted when I entered the store after waiting for shop to open outside which was opened five minutes late. The shop employee seemed annoyed at me for waiting for store to open outside of store. She did not apologize after unlocking the door of the store, she said nothing at all. After entering the store I asked her "Slow moving morning this morning?" She said "Yes and everyone out on the street as well, and me too!" as she pitifully cleared her throat, as if she was not happy I spoke to her! She said nothing else to me for the remaining 15 minutes that I browsed around looking for the 'Locks for Love' badge my daughter earned. Another employee entered from the back and walked passed me, I asked her if I could purchase tickets for the Ft.Worth Zoo Cookie Kick-Off here, she said yes, I said great and I handed her my badge and told her I would like to purchase. She rang me up and said "thank you" I told her "thank you" and the 1st rude employee that I encountered continued to clear her throat as if she was still annoyed with me as I walked out the door. It's a shame good customer service is so hard to find. It's also a shame plenty of decent people are out of a job, that would love to have one like the one the rude employee has. I guess the rude employee doesn't know or care much about others than herself!!!
