I have been very unhappy with Mathis Brothers, From check out time to service on problems with my furniture,(I even bought extended warranty) but I have only had the furniture for 3 months and it is already falling apart. To the billing and accounting department. ( Evidently they have a difficult time with addition in the check out department. ) "Lets chalk it up to human error, " well as a nurse human error will get you sued or fired and more.... Am I wrong to expect the same from whom ever I do business with. I would suggest if fairness and service are important to you.......spend your money somewhere else.
