I read great reviews online and went for a full set acrylics. Linda did my nails and she left me during the process at least three times to take care of other customers and/or payments. She also was very rough and as I pulled back she grabbed my fingers harder and ended up tearing my skin to bleed w the metal buffer(?). As I was telling her to please be .. (gentle) she said "I KNOW" without letting me finish, grabbed me harder and blamed it on me that I'm not relaxing. At the end, I wondered if she'd give me a discount or even an apology but she charged me full price 25 without a single sorry, so I decided to use my 10% off coupon. She didn't even look at the coupon and printed out my receipt which was still at 25, so I asked her why did she not use my 10%, and she claimed that she did bc it was originally 30. I called ahead to ask the price, and on the price list, acrylics were 25, and of course, 10% of 30 would be 27, not 25 anyway. She knew I wouldn't come back so she gave me the worst service ever! more
