I have visited the Charisma Salon 4 times. After experiencing consistently late stylists, poor attitudes, inferior results, I've decided to take my money elsewhere. It is loud and poorly lit. The stylists don't seem particularly happy, I'm not sure if this is a problem with management or what. Although it may have changed, the make-up stylist had you sitting right in front of the receptionist's desk where it is very congested and very poorly lit. Certainly hope they have changed that.
