I ordered a group of furniture in Aug of '06. I got a couch, loveseat, ottoman, end table, and dining set. The couch, etc was a special order to get the color leather that I wanted. It came 2 months later as promised, except they sent the wrong ottoman. I had to call them several times to get an answer. It turns out the manufacturer goofed, but Steinhafels would do nothing about it. They said it was the manufacturers problem not theirs. I had a $4000 order, and all they would do was credit me a lousy $50 (after practically begging for it). It is now the end of December, and I still don't have my ottoman. They said it will be in at the end of January. They wouldn't put a rush on the order or anything. It originally took less than 2 months for the other pieces, and now this one will take 3 1/2 months additional!!!! Buyers beware!!! more
