I am writing reviews about this company so others might seek other heating sources. The staff at UPG here in Paducah are the rudest, most irresponsible people I know.
They have no people skills.
I spoke with Ken Walker and his secretary about an ongoing issue regarding their tank.
The tank has been leaking for two years. The office was notified for the first time at the end of August and no new tank was sent to replace the leaking tank.
It took 5 months to have a replacement tank delivered.
My concern is I was placed in an unsafe situation because of their irresponsible behavior. I also suffered monetary loss because of them.
When speaking with Mr, Walker about the situation he told me he was cutting off my heating supply in the middle of winter and picking up his tanks.
I write this note to warn others of the uncaring and unfriendly attitude of the UPG staff and owners.
My yard is now ruined because of their lack of service.
I encourage others to not use this company for a heating source. Use wood or electricity instead at least it is cheaper and safer and more reliable.
