I recently purchased food at the above mentioned Krystals Restaurant. To start off with they completely botched the order that was placed. Second when I bit into one of the Krystal Chiks I had ordered it was completely raw inside. This has totally ruined any chance of me ever having any kind of dining experience with any Krystals establishment. But upon my husband returning the food to this restaurant he was simply told by the manager that it happens sometimes. Well in my opinion ECOLI in a box doesn't simply just happen. Any more than a lawsuit for the service of undercooked food or a visit from the local Health Inspector or even a consumers call to the local Better Business Bureau is simple. There is no excuse or reason suitable for serving undercooked meat to consumers. But an apology would have at least been the most descent thing to do. Which in this case one was not given therefore Krystals of Morristown, TN has lost my business. And I will be very sure that anyone I personally know that patrons your establishment will know beforehand how these local businesses are ran. In the very near future if this problem of undercooked food is really such a common problem, I hope that your companies can come up with a suitable way to correct the problem. Or find themselves losing a lot of business in their very near future. As I have stated previously no one wants to pay to eat ECOLI in a box.
