I am a Homeowner on Homeland of Keegan's Wood and I give NO rating to the ASSOCIATION. At best, they get a negative rating.
We have lived hear for 20 years and in the last 10 the quality of buyers have plummeted to a low class of living and illegal aliens, which the property values are at an all time low. However, the association expects their fees paid in full, as we pay year after year without much to show for our labors.
We call Merriam Beck the so-called office clerk / secretary day after day into month after month, until we get tired of her coy unwilling laugh without a response to her so called job at hand. The president Douglas Cooper is never in the office and unable to get in touch with him for issues. The security patrol that we paid for in earnest seems too all but vanished.
Vicious dogs run the muck without the help from the association. As well as large pets thrown outdoors without companionship, do nothing, but cry or bark non-stop of all hours of the day or night disturbing all.
Abandon cars have been sitting on the street or in driveways in some instants for months on end, and a particular one has been sitting going on five years, without the help from the association to get rid of them.
Over sized trash, limbs, carpeting, and so on sit on the curb for months on in without the help of the associations to keep it off the streets.
Graffiti is sprayed on structures, from light post, to all signs without the help from the association or security, because he has all but vanished.
Within the last 20 years, the fire hydrant that is on the edge of out property has yet, been serviced, which has to include all in the neighborhood.
All we want is to live in a clean upstanding community, but how can we when we get no action from the association. So why should we have to pay the salaries of others that don’t earn their wage.

There should be fines written from the County by the security to the Homeowner with repetitive violations instead of a pink slip time after time. When or if the association happens to notice the violation or actually do something of a call.
