I had my wedding reception at the Regency 6 years ago and also spent my 5 yr anniversary at the hotel. The reception went smoothly, no complaints. The staff were friendly and accomodating. When we spent our anniv there we got the presidential suite. It was great! But, that night when we were going to bed, they were having a reception under the tent right outside out window. My husband called down a few times because it was really loud. (We couldn't even hear the tv). They were responsive and gave us the option of relocating our room (it was after 11pm so we didn't want to pack up and move) or getting some money taken off the room. They really tried to help out!
