Really incredible at creating interesting but natural looks. They are a little funky yet a little home-ey as well. They claim to have a specialty in "multicultural textures" which is somewhat true; they pay attention to the condition and natural state of your hair in deciding what to do with it. (i.e. dry hair gets this, long asian hair gets that, fine caucasian hair gets somethign else entirely.)
