Inability to have 2 way communication with provider. 12/4/2006

I find it very frustrating to be unable to communicate directly with the provider. I write but never get any response. Several months ago one day I was unable to access my e mail and e mails being sent to me were rejected. I found out after several days that my e mail address and my pass word had been arbitrarily changed with no notice or explanation. I have no way of knowing this how this may have impacted my receiving informational e mails from those that I did not have in my address book. My problem today is that for almost a week now the Roadrunner home page with the bar for checking stocks and other info is now blank. The Heading shows up but there is only the blank blue screen showing. I made a call Saturday and after being on hold for approx 20 minutes I was told to try several things none of which worked even tho the service person was very helpful and had me try several different things none were successful. I t would help if someone on the local area would communicate with me and let me know if this is an isolated event or if it is system wide. more
