Delta chimney sweep was contacted to clean our chimney, he gave us a day (not a time) that he could come. My wife and I both work, so when he called us and said "i'm here" we immediately finished up what loose ends we had at work and headed to the house. The call came in at 9a.m., we were at the house at 9:14. He had already left and gone on to another appointment (who happen to be our co-workers) and when we tracked him down he told us he didnt have time to wait. My advice to this business is if you are in customer service , make time, and if you want your clients to be able to limit your down time then you should be more exact with your appointments. Your clients work too.
