A quick review of the yellow pages will turn up several day spas in town. One of the higher end ones is Contours. It's highly sophisticated and high tech looking with lots of stark yet somehow lush areas to calm and relax you. A bit pricier than some of the spas, the service is exceptional and you are treated like a King or Queen from your first arrival. It can be a bit hard to find from the main drag, but worth the trip for the day. The have individual services, or whole or half day packages to pamper you in style.
