I signed my daughter up for dance classes here and they require you to authorize them to automatically deduct the tuition from your checking account. This wasn't a problem until my daughter decided she didn't like the class and we dropped out. I contacted the owner and told her that we would no longer be attending and she said that was fine and that she would make a note of it. The next month they withdrew the tuition again. I called and they told me that they would not reimburse me because I had to notify them, in writing, to discontinue the auto deduction. Fine. I did that and the next month? Yep, tuition taken out again. I called the owner for a third time and she promised that she would reimburse my account that very night. It is now 2 weeks later and I still have not received a refund nor have my last two calls be returned. Do yourself a favor, find another dance studio!
