Rob Cary's Pet Resort is the worst place to leave your pet in the world. They overbook the facility and they will not let you see where they are putting the dog in the back somewhere and they will not let you go into the back to get your dog when you pick it up. When we picked our dog up she had urine all over her hind quarters soaking wet in her own urine. We left her there for 1 day only thank GOD! She was traumatized for several hours after we picked her up. She would not even look at us all she did was hold her head down and look at the floor. When I spoke to the manager about this all he offered me was a free 15 minute playtime next visit. What a joke! Never again will I take any living creature to that terrible place!
