I've been a loyal customer here for years because it's convenient to my work and provides shuttle service, so I've often overlooked the problems I've experienced in the past because of the convenience factor--but no more. They broke a part on my car again and wanted me to pay for it. I've payed for their mistakes in the past but not this time. When I asked to speak to the service manager he never showed up. I give them one star for shuttle service.
