This location is really convenient for us since we can drop the car off on a Saturday morning then head to the mall to kill a couple of hours while the car gets fixed. We've used them for tires, brake service and oil changes and have always been satisfied with the work and the reasonable prices.
The main drawback of the Sears auto center is that they don't take appointments. In order to have your car looked at on a Saturday morning, you should try to get there right when the store opens to make sure they can get to you that day.
