This guy is a scam artist working out of a storage shed (should have been my first clue). I took my RCA 32" TV to him to repair and he damaged my TV to no repair. He doesn't give you the option to repair at least not in my eyes... he called me weeks later and said "I 'think' we've fixed the problem you can pick it up when ever you'd like" and before hanging up the phone I asked how much it was $200 for a TV that only cost me $250. I never authorized the repair but he said that I did and when my husband called back to tell him we didn't want it fixed he said the TV would be "inoperable then"! I called RCA and two other electronics repair companies in the area and NO ONE had heard of the part he said needed to be replaced (Clock-to-data circuit?!). When I asked him for a part number he couldn't give me one and then said I had a crack in my circuit board (thats new), his story changes every time you talk to him (I looked inside the TV there wasn't a crack in the board!)! Turns out that the only thing that RCA said needed to be replaced was a part costing about $35 and now the TV is junk because of the damage he did to it (I'm guessing he fried the circuit board). So, just take my word for it unless you want to be ripped off and want to buy a brand new TV DON'T TAKE IT HERE!!!!
