I ordered (through a local florist in Ga.) a broken wheel with 8 spokes and 2 removed. My florist called several times to insure that the order was correct. When I got to the funeral, the wheel that was there had only 6 spokes, with 2 removed..and it was ugly and cheap looking. It was a horrible experience for me and my siblings. When confronted, Harts & Flowers said they had a "bad day" (as if I didn't..my brother just died) and would still have to charge me. I did agree to pay $50, because by this time I was in tears in the flower shop. These people do not even understand what they have done to my family and how deep the hurt they have caused.
