Paid my bill up to date, always paid on time. Had a gas leak from their tank, they could not find. They refilled my tank and charged me for it. I called and they credited, but never fixed the leak. It leaked out again, I called again, they turned the tank off and charged me again for a fill up. I paid the tank rental fee for the year but I refused to pay for the re-fill, they never credited the tank rental fee, but cashed my check. I called 14 or so times and left many messages, but I never got a response until I contacted the BBB. Finally, they agreed to credit the account and pick up their tank. That was 4 months ago and I still have their tank and am still receiving a bill. I'm now looking for a reliable propane vendor.
