They altered my warranty contract. Did faulty repairs on my car, now want more and more to fix it. They've had my car for more than 3 months now. Only care about ripping customers off. They still refuse to repair my car, even with pending criminal and class action civil lawsuits against them. I am a constituent and consumer advocate for Senator John Ensign, but they rebuffed his requests for a resolution. BE WARNED !
