We stopped at a small Chicago pizzeria this past weekend and asked what the wait was for a table. We got a rude shrug. So we left and found Go Roma on a corner. It looked empty, but we decided to chance it. Suddenly, a huge crowd rushes in behind us and pretty much in front of us (I just can't get used to big city jerks!). But anyway, the food was delicious. You order pizza (which is flat and hand tossed, not deep dish) by the half plank (for 2) or plank (for 3-4). They also had great little bottles of wine and many kinds of beer. They're set up like Crisper's, where you order and bring your number to your table and they bring you your food. The atmosphere was clean and cute, with those little light bulbs on the tables that look like candles. I kind of regret not getting "Chicago-style" pizza, but this experience couldn't have been better, except for all the rude people.
