I live near Books A Million and actually checked out their store before Borders. Funny enough, I was dismissed with a wave of the hand when they couldn’t find what I wanted with a computer search and sent here.
I love this Borders. The customer service is exceptional. As soon as I walked in I was offered help. When a computer search didn’t find what I was looking for the employee began thinking out loud about which sections we might explore. He just led the way and I found what I was looking for in the first section, yet he went on to one more just to see if there might be an even better match.
