Most of the employees working behind the counter don't have a clue as to what professionalism and good service are all about. Some were too busy clowning, arguing with each other, and discussing personal matters. One woman was busy chewing gum like a cow chewing it's cud, as she prepared pizza dough. How sanitary is that? Small wonder that 3 pick-up orders could not be found when the people who had placed the orders showed up. One of these orders had been sitting on the side all along, and the young woman at the counter, who waited on all 3 individuals, had no idea that it was there. The other 2 orders were no where to be found, and the people were asked to place new orders. What's the sense of ordering beforehand by phone, if you have to do it again when you arrive for your order? That's a damn shame ! Another customer had placed an order at the counter for 2 pizzas, and after a 30 minute wait was given only 1 pizza. She had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the 2nd pizza she had originally asked for with her initial order. This customer was a bit peeved to say the least, and vowed never to return to this establishment ever again. I observed all of this while waiting 30 minutes for a pizza, that I was told initially would only take 8 minutes. When my order was finally ready, an item was included with it that I hadn't ordered.
