I love the products, am EXTREMELY disappointed with the company. I own a registered online wholesale business in Australia. I have been trying to organise a wholesale account with Indio Products for over 6 weeks now. I register, get the email back from them, click the Activation link, follow the instructions, and 'This account isn't activated'! I know, that's what I'm trying to do! Multiple emails back to their email and through the contact us link - Nothing. Now I'm get mail delivery failure messages from them. I live in Australia. My business is in Australia. They can check my business registration details with the Australian government website - I've sent them the link. The timezones are different. I really don't want to have to make an international phone call at 1:00 am in the morning my time. Don't they want businesses to deal with them? I know I couldn't afford to run my company this way. Hopefully they'll contact me soon... more
