At Rikkel, you arn't just getting a haircut, your going to leave with a hairSTYLE. I love going to this hair stylist to get my hair cut. When I lived closer to the cary area this was my regular hairstylist, and I have several friends who still vsiit.
Particuarly good if your looking to get highlights or something special and out of teh ordinary done to your hair.
