I recently went in for the second time to donate. On the first occasion I wasn't able to donate because my iron was too low and the process took 2 hours to come to that conclusion. On the second visit I waited 4 hours and still had not been screened to see if I was able to donate on that occasion. Of course I gave up and left I had already waisted half of my day just sitting there waiting. The service that I received there has discouraged me from considering donating plasma ever again. Something as simple as a finger stick shouldn't take 4 hours, not to mention when you call to inquire how long it will take for new donors the response is 2 hours.
