At first I wasn't very impressed with edwards, they said that they fixed the car but it was only fixed for a few days. I had to take the car back and leave it with them for a couple of hours but I have to say at this point I am very impressed with their customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience as soon as I got there and had someone ready to take me back home while they fixed the car. the car was fixed within hours and has been great sinec, they also gave me a coupon for a free service as an apology. I believe everyone deserves second chances and edwards proved that just because someone makes a mistake doesn't mean that they don't know what they are doing.
