In my opinion, there was no compasion shown to us after the cat we had taken in to be neutered did not make it through the procedures and passed away. I do not feel we were treated with enough respect by the vet during the time of our loss and this made the grieving process very difficult for us.
In my opinion, I do not feel the way we were notified by the vet office showed respect for the loss that we suffered that day. I would have preferred more compasion and understanding been shown to us.
Even though the animal did not make it back to us alive, we were still required to pay full price for the procedures, along with additional fees for the attempted resuscitation of our cat.
We did pay the full $149, by credit card, after taking some time to bury our Boy and to begin greiving his loss. I will not be returning to this place of business again.
