I bought my car here almost a year ago and I bought it there because they had a good internet price but when I went to pick it up they were not very friendly. When you buy your car Sandberg offers to give you a free car wash if you stop by. Well I live kind of far away but was in the neighborhood doing some work so I stopped in today. They said that it would take 15-20 minutes. Okay kind of a long time but they hand wash so I said okay. 25 minutes later still no car, they said they had a car in front of mine but I was next and it would be just a few minutes. I only saw 2 people waiting in the waiting area and they were a couple and the guy who was suppose to be in front of me left 3 minutes ago. Another 15 minutes later and I am up to 40 minutes and I inquiry again and say I just can t wait any longer. The gal at the service desk goes to get my car and so it is another 7 minutes and my car was never washed or even touched (47 minutes!). Then they said that well it is a FREE services so I should expect much. Well from a customer perspective if you offer a service then you should be able to provide it in a timely and courteous manner or not offer it at all. Otherwise you get people like me that get upset because it was not taken care of. If you can t handle a simple car wash, I am certainly not taking it there to be serviced. I am very disappointed in this dealership. I own several high end cars and all of the dealers I work with all have exceptional service. They all offer free car washes and usually it is drive through yourself or it takes 5-10 minutes, 15 if they are busy. This place was very disappointing. Going to Brown Bear and spending the $12 to get my car washed. more
