This review is in reference to Baileys Powerhouse customer service, I am an active duty military member currently returning from deployment, upon my departure for deployment I requested a freeze on my gym acct which did take effect, upon return from my 9 month deployment I returned to baileys to re activate my membership and inquire about my "frozen time" it was explained to me that I would only be allowed up to 6 months of my frozen time and the additional 3 months was LOST time. LOST TIME that I PAID FOR, while defending this country, which Ive done on multiple deployments, only to have this company say it doesn't matter we only do freezes up to 6 months. NONE of this was explained prior to my departure. I'm not canceling my contract because Ill honor my obligation, but really what is GIVING ME MY 3 MONTHS of membership time that I PAID FOR back for use. I am on a $30 a month plan and I'm not OK with just giving away $100. Ive spoken to multiple people including the corporate office, with no satisfactory outcome. MILITARY MEMBERS I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS GYM AT ALL!!!!
