Ambiance: Very casual. This fast-food place is situated within Santa Rosa Plaza's food court.
Service: Not very much service since it's fast food. The lines can be very slow at times but this is mostly because there are too many people in the line, not due to employees working slowly.
Food: The orange chicken & chicken egg rolls are excellent, considering that it just sits there all day. Portions are huge. Don't try their chow mein! It's not very good.
Price range: The most expensive item is the Panda Feast (family dinner) at $25.00, & the least expensive item is a side of Steamed Rice at somewhere between $1-$1.50. Drinks are $1.25-$2.00. Expect to spend about $10 per person. They're expensive, so I'd only recommend this place to people who need fast Chinese food & can't leave the downtown Santa Rosa area.
What I had: a 3-entree plate (steamed rice, orange chicken, beef w/ broccoli, chicken egg roll) & a medium Pepsi
Cleanliness: This place is perfectly okay. They've passed all recent health inspections.
