Save your money and go somewhere else. This company is terrible! I started my project with LR in February and it wasn't ready until November. My original project manager stopped answering my emails and pre launched my website on 3 separate occasions. The manager was unaware that my project wasn't completed and took over the project. She was the worst ever and I can now see why the people at her company have poor customer service. No matter what, I did not speak with Lisa over the phone after she became my PM. We spent weeks sending emails back and forth which could have been easily resolved over the phone. She would tell me things were fixed when they clearly were not. She then asked me to send screenshots of the errors. i went as far as recording the errors and sending them to her. The programmers DO NOT test their code even though it says they will in the contract. I found numerous bugs in the program.
To this day, I am still waiting for Lisa to respond to an email that was sent to her over a week ago.
