I don't know what's up with this company. First off; the customer service is HORRIBLE. I signed up for service to start on the 14th of November of this year. Here I am the day before Thanksgiving and I still don't have any service. The rep is telling me in their system it says my gas in on; but I had a maintenance man from my leasing company out today to light the gas pilot and he's looking at the meter and he can see the service is NOT ON. So they give me a four hour window of when a tech is suppose to come to turn it on. Needless to say; THAT NEVER HAPPEN and the bastard had the nerves to lie and said he came. Where is the NOTICE that most utility companies leave when no one is home. Me and my girl wasted a whole day sitting around waiting on them. Now these bastards are trying to stiff me with a $60 fee claiming if the service is on when they come; I will be billed. WELL IT'S NOT. My heat don't work and my gas oven isn't working; so turn it on ALREADY!!!!!
