The person that i talked to first said that the actual move can happen on the day that i specified and hence i went with the paperwork even though it said a 2 day window. As i got close to the move date, it was the date prior to my preferred date and that person was trying to convince me saying that he did tell about the window. But no, he did not. I kind of feel that i am betrayed and i am stuck with them since its within 5 days of initla move date and i cannot cancel now (even though i had lot of other moving companies who gave in-home estimates and gave a less estimate and are ready to do it on MY date.) I hate you, all state vanlines......
