I have contacted them a few times in the past and never got a response via email or phone. I've read of people on certain internet forums having problems with their service. They do have a dyno in house. The owner has built some very fast cars of his own - but seems to be less involved with the business now which means less qualified people are working on the cars. If they value their customers, they should probably learn how to handle their customers and respond to people in a timely fashion
