Residence for young, loud, spoiled, slovenly, drunken undergraduates. If you aren't in that demographic you will be disappointed to pay exorbitant rent for the quality of life here. The common quad area should be enjoyable, and would be if it weren't for the stench of animal urine and feeces which is literally overwhelming during the heat of the day. I specifically asked about the age of the occupants before I signed the lease because I was looking for a quiet, more mature environment (something a little beyond "animal house", where other young professionals like myself might reside). I was assured that this is a very quiet residence with not many undergraduate students living here. I am sad to say this has turned out to be a newer version of a student ghetto. At the rate these kids are going, in a few short years CQ won't be any better than any other overpriced, run down, human warehouse. Presently, the only advantage is that it is a new construction so the interior of my apartment is still very nice. However, the C/H/A unit air intake in the living room is obnoxiously loud when it comes on and the floorplan is built more like a hotel suite than a livable space. The bedroom closet is absolutely miniscule. I've been here less than a month and am already looking for a new place.
