Having a job that constantly made me feel stressed and overwhelmed quickly led me towards an unhealthy lifestyle and excessive eating. So, every time I was under a lot of pressure I used to eat a lot. Before I realized it I was huge, and signs of depression were showing. It didn’t take long until my self-esteem dropped and I started hating everything about myself. This is what led me to therapy. Dr. Brett was my rescue. He managed to make me understand that concentrating on the big picture rather than on the small things, is more important. During the therapy sessions, Dr. Brett kept a positive attitude and he completely transformed my life. I was lucky enough to meet him and make a change while it was still possible.
