Service department ripped me off 8/30/2006

I had a couple questionable experiences with the service department at Boch Toyota in Norwood, and I was giving them one last chance this month. Long story short, while I was out shopping the service rep called me suggesting that I have more work done to my car. He quoted prices that I found reasonable and decided to have the work done (brake pad replacements and wheel realignment). When I showed up to pick up my car, they were charging me almost $200 more than I had authorized (I believe that he failed to quote me the labor charges). After two days of phone calls back and forth with service rep and service manager, they refused to believe me that the service rep had quoted the incorrect price. No attempts were made to rectify the situation. I will not service my car at that location again, or buy a new car from them in the future. more
