We purchased a 2006 Grand Caravan in May now my husband regrets buying the vehicle from that dealership. They misrepresented the Guidepoint product to us. We thought we paid for the entire package, which included vehicle tracking and all, only to find out that the tracking is just for 1 year (5 locates per month) and it does not even work....Guidepoint is great by the way, they are attempting to fix the problem...they are planning a second trip out to see what's wrong. They also misrepresented the Resistall product...have not yet called Resistall to find out what exactly Boch lied to us about. Come to find out that the person who sold us the packages is no longer with the Company (this seems to be a typical occurrence). The General Manager Bill is rude. He told my husband to go elsewhere and the service department lied on my husband and said he swore at them. The service department sucks...waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change which we had an appointment for. They also promised us free oil changes (matching another dealership's offer). We had to jump through hoops to get the coupons, ended up paying for the first oil change ourselves and getting the second when it was far overdue. This is the worst experience we have every had with a product we purchased. more
