Last time that I was in there (to get some fillings), the dentist completely struck an attitude with me when I wouldn't immediately make an appointment to come back and get my teeth cleaned when it didn't need done for another 4 months. Before that, I did not have a problem with the dentist. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. The reason I didn't immediately make the appointment is because the last time I was there my teeth to have a cleaning, my teeth didn't even remotely feel clean and the same hygenist is still there. Why would I pay so much for so-so work? I used to get my teeth cleaned by student hygenists at a college near where I grew up. It was just amazing how clean my teeth felt but it took 3 hours with all of the checks by instructors. With Crosspoint, it took no time at all but was not thorough at all. I could have done better with my electric toothbrush! I will have to keep looking to find a combination of a good hygenist and good dentist. I think that the hygenist is just as important as the dentist when choosing a practice to go to. It is too bad that practices do not tend to advertise the name of their hygenist.
