Okay, I generally really like this restaurant but I was in there today and have to say, they definitely didn't live up to expectations. I was in Claim Jumper, likely famous for their ENORMOUS portions and ordered my son some mac n cheese. When it was served there was not only one, but two, yes, count them, two hairs in the dish. I notified the waitress immediately and she was, I could tell, slightly mortified. She took the dish back and returned with fresh mac n cheese. When the bill came, however, I was a bit distraught by the fact that there was not a discount or meal credit or anything! What?!? I was in a bit of a rush, so I didn't have a real good chance to discuss this with the manager but I will be writing an email or letter and promise to let you know the outcome.
