My eight year oven, which I hardly use, would not heat up on a day that I desperately needed it for a church supper. There was no money in my budget for a repairman to make a house call so I employed my husband to try fixing it himself. Thinking it was probably just the heating sensor, he visited Max's who services and sells the GE oven that I own. He bought two different parts replacement, both of which he was given full refund when he learned he didn't need them. They even tested an old part for free plus gave him much need advice. All this at no cost and now my oven works again. I was grateful that Max's was willing to do this when they could have insisted on sending a qualified technician to fix my oven.
