This place was recommended to me by close family that has gone there as well. The starting procedures for ortho (deep cleaning, x-rays, check ups etc) have been very pleasant. It's sort of time consuming if you have problems with your mouth to begin with. The staff are truly concerned about patients. However, they do not share any information about the state of your mouth (teeth, gums, xrays etc) unless you ask. The only time they talk to you is to suggest how to better your mouth, which usually goes something like - brushing your teeth more often and flossing. Overall very careful not to hurt patients and always have meds for cleanings. The cleanings are more expensive for this reason though.
