I like shopping at JC Penney's, but I have to admit, I get easily frustrated. Why? Because they have no carts of any type! I can't buy much, because I'm expected to lug it from department to department. I can't take the kids, because I can't contain them. Well, I'll take my older two, but not my younger one.
The store is nice, and I know regular carts would detract from the overall look & feel. But even Kohl's has little stroller type carts that look much nicer, so why can't JCP have those?
Because of that inconvenience, and the over packing of the aisles, it's a hard store for me to go shopping at. The clothing racks are placed so close together that even with an umbrella stroller, you can't get between them.
I love the clothes at JCP. I love the clearance racks there. I even love the sale prices. I don't like how high priced the items are when full price. I don't like that there are no carts. I don't want to feel like a bag lady when I walk through the store! I hate the overall crowdedness of the racks together. It's like walking through a maze.
