My guy and I went to Asado a few months back for a mini-celebration and Oh. My. GAWD. The place is pure beef bliss.
For the sake of keeping this post relatively short and sweet, let me just say that the starter of bread and chimichurri sauce and the ceviche appetizer were awesome and would have made a perfect lunch.
After that, hubby had a huge steak (but I can't remember the cut), and I had the hanger steak. Both where very well aged and grilled to our specifications. The meat was very well seasoned (again, more chimichurri magic), and were tender and tasty.
Our service was fantastic, and all the servers were quite attentive. We happened to stop in on a slower night a little early in the evening. However, they do recommend that you make reservations if you are with a larger party, or need seating at a particular time. There's also the bar service with the gi-normous margaritas if you prefer.
Parking can be an issue on 6th Ave., but I believe there is parking offered in the lot next door. Hubby and I managed to find street-parking nearby, so it wasn't an issue for us.
All in all, I can't wait to go back again and try more goodies off their menu!
